qualifications & training

i am a fully trained reflexologist & indian head masseuse. i firmly believe that all aspects of life must be considered & appreciated in order to reach optimum health & well being; when treating clients i ensure i take into account all lifestyle factors & tailor each treatment accordingly, always placing an emphasis on relaxation.

after completing a degree in literary studies & social sciences, covering areas such as sociology, anthropology & english & american literature in manchester, i worked for some time in a number of unfulfilling jobs. each job brought me little job satisfaction, something i hold very important. i took some time out to travel a little & see what more the world had to offer & on my return found myself refreshed & determined to find another path. i have since qualified as a reflexologist and indian head masseuse specialising in preconception, pregnancy & post natal care reflexology.

i studied at the London School of Reflexology & qualified in:

reflexology diploma in preconception, pregnancy & post natal care post graduate certificate in advanced spinal reflexology diploma in indian head massage (ITEC head massage sequence) level 3 diploma in foot reflexology diploma in advanced hand reflexology certificate in clinical excellence

i am a fully qualified emergency first aider, holding an “appointed persons in the work place” first aid certificate.

i am a fully qualified display screen risk assessor in line with the health and safety executive, enabling me to include office ergonomics within my holistic approach.

i have assistant tutored at the London School of Reflexology.

i am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and hold full malpractice and public liability insurance.
